Weekly Outreach
At everyone of our outreaches we aim to provide the best service we can.
We provide nutritious hot meals with fresh ingredients and high standards, a good choice of different foods as well as extras such as water, pop, crisps and chocolate. There is also a varied selection of hot drinks. We also provide clothing and toiletries.
You can also pick up a few items from our store cupboard to help you later in the week.
Outreach day & time:
Mondays 7pm till 8pm

Family Support
We offer support to anyone who needs it, this is largely homeless and low income families, however no-one is turned away, everyone needs help now and then.
We can provide food parcels and hygiene packs to most areas.

Our aim is to help the homeless off the street with support from ourselves and councils.
We can also support these people with out of hours signposting. We will have ongoing support with our services users until they are settled and long term support maybe given if required.
Advice and support can be given at outreaches by a brilliant team of volunteers dedicated and trained to be compassionate and confidential.
We will always endeavour to prevent homelessness at every opportunity.

Donations & Funding
Supporting service users is our top priority. That's why we believe every penny of what has been donated or funded is reinvested back into Heart (NE).
